The Bioactive Herps Springtail Culturing Kits are the ideal way to create booming Springtail populations. Whether you need a consistent source of small feeder insects, or you’re looking to keep on top of your Bioactive Enclosure, this kit will ensure you will have a ready supply of springtails, at all times. Each 5L kit contains 1kg Bioactive Herps Clay Springtail Substrate 2x Tubs of Bioactive Herps Springtails on Clay Substrate Starter tub. 1x Tub of Bioactive Herps Bug Boost 2x Mixing Sticks Contained within a 5L Bucket, for no waste packaging. Instructions for use: Place all of the Clay powder into the bucket. Add 750ml Water. Either mix manually or leave to self soak for 12 to 24 hours. Once mixed, spread the clay around the bucket and up the side walls, maintaining approximately 1-2cm thickness. Tap your springtail starter tubs into the bucket. Sprinkle a small amount of Bioactive Herps Bug Boost in to the bucket. Place in a warm, dark space and check weekly. The Bug Boost will mould over initially, before being eaten by the Springtails. When all of the mould is cleared, feed again. Repeat.
