Description: Watco Concrete Sealer Solvent Based is a hard wearing, moisture cured, solvent based, polyurethane lacquer. It is most suited for use in internal heavily trafficked areas, such as workshops, garages, warehouses, distribution units and production areas where a durable clear sealer is required. Concrete Sealer Solvent Based is a solvent based product and should therefore only be used in well ventilated areas. This tough, smooth, glossy lacquer is both scratch and abrasion resistant and easy to keep clean. If slip resistance is important, use instead Watco Protecta-Coat Anti Slip, a clear, heavy duty, two pack, polyaspartic resin which can be used both indoors and outdoors. Concrete Sealer Solvent Based is quick drying. Two coats can be applied within 6 hours and it will resist heavy traffic after just 24 hours, so downtime is minimal.
